Tutoni’s Restaurant

A scratch Italian kitchen in downtown York featuring housemade pasta, craft cocktails, and a state of the art wine-by-the-ounce tasting system boasting 30 different wines.

 
 
 

The King George Speakeasy

This intimate 20-30 person bar and lounge features lavish seating, extraordinary beverages, and classy entertainment all tucked away in an old world, speakeasy atmosphere. Open Friday & Saturday nights with live entertainment.

Tutoni’s Flour Shop

The Tutoni's Flour Shop line is available for purchase in several spots throughout Central Pennsylvania. The brand is ideal for specialty food boutiques, gourmet grocery and natural food stores, and farmer's markets. Our line of pastas come in a variety of shapes and sizes that complement whatever the home chef is cooking up. Our pastas are all natural and made the way our ancestors intended: from scratch and with intention.

 
 
 

ONE SOUTH Boutique hotel & VENUE

Our venue and boutique hotel offered a beautiful view of York’s Continental Square from the charm of a historic building. Big, beautiful windows let natural light in making it ideal for a variety of events from daytime seminars to evening weddings. Our team planned unique experiences from start to finish with full production and catering services for up to 100 people. The boutique hotel rooms in the upper floors featured city views, lush bedding, contemporary decor, and fun modern art.

 
 
 

THE CANTINA YORK

The Cantina was a Miami inspired bar and restaurant in the heart of downtown York’s art district called Royal Square. Featuring live music, murals from local artists, and more, “Tina’s” was always a fun spot for locals to meet over a margarita.

 
 
 

AVIANO’S CORNER TRATTORIA

At the corner of food and family in downtown York’s arts district Royal Square, Aviano’s represented 4 generations of Italian family owned restaurants. Serving Neapolitan style wood fired pizza with an 800 degree oven in the center of the room, guests could watch firsthand the magic. Other fare included our own scratchmade pastas with unique flavors and ingredients.

 
 
 

THE PRESSROOM RESTAURANT

Located in the historic Steinman Hardware Building, The Pressroom had all of the charm and excitement for a perfect dining experience. The dining room, designed with a newspaper motif, maintained the beauty of the building dating to the mid 1700’s. As you entered, the warm feeling of mahogany surrounded you as you were guided to a cozy booth or a table by the window. During the summer months, guests enjoyed dinner in neighboring Steinman Park. The menu featured seasonal spins on traditional american fare alongside frosty draft beers, wines by the glass and a complete selection of cocktails.

 

Our History

-2014-
O.N.E. Hospitality Group started when Toni Calderone opened Tutoni's, a farm-to-table Italian restaurant in downtown York with then partner Tony Calderone.
From then on, the gears kept turning as Toni searched for ways to bring new and exciting food and beverage experiences to York.

-2016-
Taste Test, a restaurant incubator that strives to strengthen the urban dining scene by providing a platform for aspiring restaurateurs to test and prove their concepts, begins with pop ups in York’s Central Market.

-2017-
Tutoni's opens The King George, a speakeasy outfitted with vintage Vegas inspired seating and live entertainment.

Taste Test moves into a brick and mortar location in York’s Royal Square District. The courtyard is turned into The Cantina, an outdoor Miami inspired bar.

Herb & Herd is added to the mix: a market stand that offers cheese, charcuterie, and scratch pasta.

-2018-
The team hits the road with the Rig-A-Toni food truck and expands the catering business.

-2019-
Taste Test closes and The Cantina expands and re-opens in its space.

Presto Fast Italian, ONE’s first quick service restaurant, opens in Lititz PA featuring build-your-own fresh pasta meals.

-2020-
Aviano’s Trattoria, an Italian-American eatery with wood fired pizza, opens the former cafe side of Taste Test.

ONE expands the Tutoni’s Flour Shop scratch pasta line to include nationwide shipping.

The group drives a fleet of Rig-a-toni trucks around neighborhoods during the pandemic offering pasta and sauce to families in lockdown.

-2021-
Presto Fast Italian continues expansion to 6 locations across York and Lancaster PA.

-2022-
ONE acquires The Pressroom, a Lancaster PA dining institution that operated downtown for more than 27 years.

2024:
Presto Fast Italian added a new location in Lancaster County PA and began the road to franchising. In order to trademark, Presto went under a rebrand and became PastaNito.
